I can't say enough good things about our broker, Jose!! He was extremely responsive, professional, compassionate and efficient. Our home buying experience was (unexpectedly) a bit more stressful than the regular process most people go through, but Jose worked with us every step of the way and was super patient and understanding! He also explained the loan process in great detail and answered all of our questions; he was super detailed oriented and really took his time to make sure we understood everything that was going on. He kept us updated on our case often; his communication skills were on POINT. It took months to finally close, but him being the liaison with the bank really helped us out a lot, even extending our interest rate for a longer period of time than we had thought! Once we were ready to close, he was super quick with all the paperwork needed to get our dream home so closing with him was a breeze.
